Gemstones Rush Mania es un trepidante juego de rompecabezas en el que dejas caer gemas cuadradas en cuatro columnas, con el objetivo de alinear y eliminar filas completas para conseguir puntos. La fila más cercana al jugador debe estar perfectamente alineada para desaparecer, desencadenando combos si las filas de abajo también están alineadas. Ocasionalmente, aparecen bloques de madera que hay que romper dos veces antes de poder eliminar la fila. A medida que avanza el juego, la velocidad aumenta, haciéndolo más desafiante. ¿Cuánto tiempo puedes aguantar y qué puntuación máxima puedes alcanzar?
